I photograph birthdays, milestone celebrations and private parties across London, capturing the atmosphere and the people who make the night what it is — from the big moments to all the little ones happening in between.
From intimate dinners to bigger celebrations, I work discreetly throughout the evening, photographing the toasts, the dancing, the laughter, the hugs and the spontaneous moments you might not even notice at the time. I'll also organise group photographs when you want them, without turning your party into a formal photoshoot.
If you're planning a larger celebration, corporate event or something that needs more extensive coverage, I also offer event photography across London .

What kind of parties do you photograph?
I photograph all kinds of celebrations, from birthdays and milestone parties to engagement parties, wedding receptions, Sweet 16s, 18ths, 21sts, 30ths, 40ths, 50ths, 60ths and beyond. I also photograph Christmas parties, family celebrations, private parties and events across London.
How much does party photography cost?
Party photography starts from £300, with a minimum booking of two hours. Every party is different, so I'll provide a personalised quote based on your venue, timings, number of guests and what you'd like photographed.
Which areas of London do you cover?
I'm based in South West London and regularly photograph parties across Chelsea, Kensington, Westminster, Mayfair, the City, Canary Wharf and throughout Greater London. I'm also happy to travel further afield – just let me know where your party is taking place.
How many hours should I book?
Party photography starts from two hours, but the right amount of coverage depends on your plans. For a smaller party, two or three hours can work brilliantly. For larger celebrations, you may want coverage from guests arriving through to the dancing and later part of the evening. We can work out the best timing together rather than you having to guess.
What if my party is running late?
Don't panic! Parties rarely run exactly to schedule. If things are running behind, I'm happy to be flexible where my availability allows. If you'd like me to stay longer than originally booked, I'll simply confirm the additional time and cost with you. I always recommend letting me know as soon as you can if your timings change.
Can I add extra time on the day?
Usually, yes. If you'd like me to stay longer because the party is in full swing, speeches have been delayed or you simply don't want the photography to finish yet, just ask. Extra coverage is subject to my availability, but I'll always do my best to accommodate you.
Do you take group photographs?
Absolutely. Group photographs are often one of the most important parts of photographing a party, especially for milestone birthdays and family celebrations. I can organise everyone for a few key group shots without turning the whole evening into a formal photo session. If there are particular people or groups you'd like photographed, it's helpful to let me know beforehand.
Can we have photos with specific family and friends?
Yes. If there are people who are particularly important to you, tell me beforehand and I'll make sure I look out for them. For larger parties, having a short list of essential group photographs can be really useful – especially when guests are moving around or arriving at different times.
Do you pose guests?
My style is relaxed and documentary, so I don't spend the whole evening lining people up and posing them. I'll capture the genuine moments as they happen, while also giving gentle direction when it's useful – particularly for group photographs, family shots or portraits of the birthday person. The aim is for everyone to look like themselves, not overly posed.
Do you photograph the cake, speeches and other important moments?
Yes. Before the party, we'll talk through anything you particularly want covered, such as the cake cutting, speeches, surprise entrances, first dance, performances or special presentations. I'll keep an eye on what's happening throughout the event so you don't have to worry about remembering to tell me about every moment on the night.
What happens if the party doesn't go exactly to plan?
That's completely normal! Guests arrive late, speeches overrun, plans change and sometimes the best photographs happen when something unexpected happens. I'm used to working in a fast-moving party environment and can adapt as the evening develops. You don't need to have everything perfectly planned before I arrive.
Do you photograph parties in dark venues or at night?
Yes. I'm experienced in photographing parties in low-light venues, restaurants, bars, clubs and evening events. I use professional camera and lighting equipment where appropriate, while keeping the photographs natural and capturing the atmosphere of the venue rather than making everything look like a studio shoot.
Do you photograph Christmas parties?
Yes. I photograph office Christmas parties, corporate celebrations, private Christmas parties and end-of-year events across London. December dates can book up quickly, so it's worth getting in touch as early as possible if you already know your date.
When will I receive my photos?
Your professionally edited photographs are usually delivered within 24 hours. During particularly busy periods, such as the Christmas season, delivery may take up to 48 hours. If you need a small selection urgently for social media, press or sharing with guests, let me know and I'll do my best to arrange this.
How do I book?
