What types of events do you photograph?
I photograph corporate events, conferences, networking evenings, awards ceremonies, exhibitions, product and brand launches, charity events, company celebrations, receptions and corporate Christmas parties across London.
How much does event photography cost?
Event photography starts from £300, with a minimum booking of two hours. Every event is different, so I'll provide a personalised quote based on your venue, timings, guest numbers and requirements.
Which areas do you cover?
I'm based in South West London and regularly photograph events across Chelsea, Kensington, Westminster, Mayfair, the City, Canary Wharf and throughout Greater London. Travel further afield is also available.
How long can you photograph our event for?
The minimum booking is two hours, but I'm equally happy to provide half-day, full-day and evening coverage. We'll discuss your schedule beforehand so the photography covers the parts of the event that matter most to you.
What if the event is running late?
That's absolutely fine. Events don't always run exactly to schedule, particularly when speeches, presentations or networking run over. I'm happy to be flexible where my availability allows, and if you'd like me to stay longer, we can simply arrange the additional coverage and cost.
Can I add extra photography time on the day?
Usually, yes. If the event is running behind, a presentation has been delayed or things are still happening when your original booking is due to finish, just ask. Extra coverage is subject to my availability, but I'll always do my best to accommodate you.
Do you photograph group shots and team photographs?
Yes. I can organise group photographs, team shots, speakers and key people when required, while keeping the process quick and efficient. For larger events, it's helpful to let me know in advance if there are particular groups, clients, speakers or VIPs you need photographed.
Do you photograph speakers, presentations and award ceremonies?
Yes. I photograph speakers, presentations, awards, panel discussions, performances and important moments throughout the event. I'll work from your schedule where possible and keep an eye on what is happening so you don't have to worry about directing me throughout the day.
Do you photograph corporate Christmas parties?
Yes. I photograph corporate Christmas parties, office Christmas celebrations, end-of-year events, Christmas dinners, award nights and festive networking events across London. I capture the atmosphere as well as the important moments, from arrivals and drinks through to speeches, awards, dancing and the celebrations afterwards.
Is your event photography posed or documentary?
My approach combines both. I capture the natural interactions, atmosphere and candid moments as they happen, while also organising the group, team and formal photographs you need. The aim is to provide a useful collection of professional images without constantly interrupting the event.
Can you photograph events in low light?
Yes. I'm experienced in photographing evening events, restaurants, hotels, conference venues, bars and other low-light environments. I use professional camera and lighting equipment where appropriate while keeping the images natural and maintaining the atmosphere of the event.
When will we receive the photographs?
Your professionally edited photographs are usually delivered within 24 hours. During particularly busy periods, such as November and December, delivery may take up to 48 hours. If you need a small selection urgently for social media, press or internal communications, this can usually be arranged in advance.
Can we use the photographs for marketing, social media and PR?
Yes. Your event photographs can be used across your website, social media, press releases, internal communications and marketing materials for your organisation or event. Commercial usage for your own business or event promotion is included. Copyright remains with Twiggles, so the images may not be sold, licensed to third parties or entered into competitions without prior written permission.
